Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Beach House Honey
  • 2/3 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Directions

BEFORE YOU GET STARTED

Before cooking, make sure to cover your cookie sheet in parchment paper. If you don’t have any, a light layer of butter or vegetable oil will keep the cookies from sticking to the pan.

STEP 1

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine Beach House Honey, Peanut Butter, and Coconut Oil. Stir for about 5 minutes until fully combined.

TIP: When adding Beach House Honey, make sure to warm it up in a pot of hot water or underneath a faucet. Heating our honey in the microwave will damage the nutrients and antibacterial properties.

STEP 2

Add Cocoa Powder, Vanilla, and Salt (mix until combined)

STEP 3

Add Oats into mixture, stirring until completely covered in chocolate mixture. Mix until thick and mixture is able to be scooped out.

STEP 4

Place small balls of mixture on cookie sheet. Cookies do not expand so you can place them as close as needed. Place in fridge/freezer until fully hardened.

NO BAKE COOKIE SECRET!
